We would like to draw your attention to the fact that during special periods, the load of the AquaPalota family adventure pool may reach the maximum number of guests authorized by the authorities. In the event of such a full house - for the safety of the guests - Gyulai Várfürdő Kft. reserves the right to temporarily suspend the sale of tickets to the AquaPalota. We recommend that you call the central telephone number 66/561-350 to inquire about the expected availability of the AquaPalota before departure during special periods!
Due to the restriction on the purchase of entrance tickets, our guests cannot make any claims for compensation against the Gyulai Várfürdő. We take measures of this nature for the safety of our guests!
Entrance tickets and passes do not include the exclusive provision of sunbeds. Our guests can use the sunbeds located in the area of the adventure spa and in the closed, covered buildings of the spa in the order of their arrival.
