Riding Hall Thermal Swimming Pool
Its medicinal water of 35–37 ºC (0.8-1.25 m deep) is very popular among the visitors desirous of recovering but at the same time for sporting and doing exercises. The 20-m pool is filled with medicinal water that is why it has a reddish-brown colour.
In thermal water, moving out stiff joints is much easier, painless. We recommend it particularly in case of spinal, hip and shoulder-joint diseases of abrasive nature to persons who can swim well. It stands at the visitors’ service every day in a year. Recommended bathing time is 2 x 30 minutes a day unless your physician orders otherwise.
Riding Hall thermal pool I.
We recommend this thermal pool (1 m deep) with medicinal water of high temperature (36-38 °C) for persons suffering from locomotor disorders, chronic gynaecological diseases and muscular pains as well as for persons participating in rehabilitative treatments after accidents. Because of its high temperature, however, this pool is not recommended for heart patients and persons having circulatory disorder. Recommended bathing time is 2 x 30 minutes a day unless your physician orders otherwise.

Its medicinal water of 34-35 ºC (1 m deep) is popular among the visitors desirous of recovering, regenerating, who cannot make use of the Riding Hall thermal pool I because of its high temperature. It stands at the visitors’ service every day in a year. Recommended bathing time is 2 x 30 minutes a day unless your physician orders otherwise.
"Butterfly" thermal pool
This butterfly-shaped thermal pool (34-35°C and 0.9-1.1 m deep) has been placed in the roofed part of the Riding Hall. The pool reminiscent of a butterfly from above is open every day in a year. For our physically handicapped visitors a patient lift usual in water provides the possibility for recovering. The water of neutral temperature is the most suitable for our visitors suffering from heart and circulatory diseases. Recommended bathing time is 2 x 30 minutes a day unless your physician orders otherwise.
“Octopus” Thermal Pool
This indoor-outdoor pool (0.9-1.1 m deep) filled with medicinal water of 35-37 °C opens from relax part of the Riding Hall building. It leads out to the park of nature conservation area, where our guests may rest and recover in a beautiful environment in the shade of evergreens.
The thermal pool reminiscent of the tentacles of an octopus, as regards its shape, is very popular among the visitors since in this pool operating also in the winter period the outside cold weather is not perceptible even in the open space. Recommended bathing time is 2 x 30 minutes a day unless your physician orders otherwise.
In addition to its effects recognised until now its medicinal water of 31-34 °C (0.9-1.45 m deep) is suitable for treating cervical, shoulder complaints. 12 broad, intensive water streams coming from above exert a strong massaging effect to the muscle groups of neck and shoulder straining frequently.
The water runs out through a broad jet with big intensity from above. After this powerful upper massage, the strained muscles become unwound, and the shoulder and cervical pains are lessened or ceased. The most popular pool of the Castle Spa has been equipped with a water mushroom, which was planed originally, and, of course, four further waterfalls.
