Our main entrance is at 5700 Gyula, Maróthy tér 2. However, there are several entrances in the vast area of our spa (for example, from the Wooden Bridge or the Stone Bridge), which are open all the time. 3. Is parking free around the spa?

No, the parking lots around the spa are paid. The parking zones and the fees to be paid are regulated by the current decree of the Gyula local government, so please pay attention to the parking signs and machines upon arrival.

The basic Spa and Bath entrance ticket is not valid for these areas. To use the AquaPalota adventure pool and the Castello Sauna Park, an additional ticket is required, which can be purchased as a combined ticket or on site, at the entrance to the sections.

7. Do I need to make an appointment or buy a ticket in advance?

You can purchase tickets and passes upon arrival at the on-site box office. However, we also offer the option to book online for pampering Beauty massages via our website, so that we can guarantee your desired time.

Families with small children can enjoy the comfort of a dedicated baby-mother room in AquaPalota, and the spa area features children's paddling pools, water play elements and playgrounds. The youngest (up to 6 years old) can visit the spa by purchasing a registration ticket.
