In such a full house situation - for the safety of the guests - Gyulai Várfürdő Kft. reserves the right to temporarily suspend the sale of tickets to AquaPalota. We recommend that you inquire about the expected availability of AquaPalota by calling the central phone number 66/561-350 before leaving during special periods!
Our guests cannot claim any compensation from the Gyula Castle Bath due to the restriction on ticket purchases. Such measures are taken for the safety of our guests!
The entrance tickets and passes do not include the exclusive provision of sunbeds. Our guests can use the sunbeds located in the area of the adventure bath or in the closed, covered buildings of the bath on a first-come, first-served basis.
