Can I claim a student or pensioner discount?
Yes, discounted tickets and passes can be used upon presentation of a valid student or pensioner ID.
Do the youngest children need to buy tickets?
For children under 6 years of age, a registration ticket is required (500 HUF).
Is there a discount on admission in the afternoon?
Yes, after 4:00 p.m. discounted adult, student/pensioner tickets are available.
Can the spa area be left during the day?
The basic day ticket does not allow you to leave and re-enter the spa area. Exiting and returning during the day is only possible by purchasing an adult or student/pensioner day ticket that entitles you to two entries.
Can a group discount be applied?
For group visits of more than 20 people, there is a 10% discount on the price of spa tickets.
Additional services and areas
Does the basic day ticket include use of AquaPalota and Castello Sauna Park?
No, the AquaPalota adventure pool and the Castello Sauna Park can be visited by purchasing an additional ticket.
How can sun loungers be used?
Sunbeds in the covered buildings and in the water park area are available for guests to use on a first-come, first-served basis. Sunbeds in the park can be rented depending on the weather.
Is it possible to store valuables or rent a locker?
Yes, it is possible to rent a locker for 200 HUF (the price of annual passes already includes the use of the locker).
Medicine and massages
Can I use NEAK (health insurance) subsidized medical treatments?
Yes, the thermal pool bath, mud wrap, weight bath, therapeutic massage and other treatments can be used with or without health insurance support (with a deductible). A medical consultation is required before the treatments.
What are the conditions for using Beauty massages?
Massage services are available only to guests over the age of 14. Appointments can be booked online or at the Beauty Massage Salon, and payment is made at the cash desks.

Do I have to keep my ticket during my stay?
Yes, all entrance tickets include accident insurance, so please keep your ticket during your visit.
