Cashless payment with a Festipay top-up card
In the area of the Gyula Castle Spa , we provide the possibility of cashless payment in our own catering units ( Water bar, Beach bar, Café/Shop ) and rented units (Sunshine Restaurant, Panoráma Restaurant, Thermal Café, Kira Restaurant, Cupito Café, Dome Restaurant, Pagoda Restaurant, Swimming Pool Café ). In addition to cash and bank cards, the purchased products in our spa can also be purchased with the Festipay top-up card charged at the cash registers.

Uploading
Upon arrival, our cashier will upload an amount determined by you to the Festipay card, of which HUF 300 will be blocked as a deposit fee. You cannot use this amount for purchases, but this amount will be repaid when you return the undamaged card. The amount charged to the card can be settled with cash or bank card. In the case of an unused card , the minimum amount for the first top-up is HUF 2,000, the maximum amount is HUF 100,000 , while the minimum top-up amount for a card already in use is HUF 1,000.
Be sure to keep the receipt you received when uploading. The Festipay card can be used without registration, but you can make the use of the card even more secure with the PIN code on the receipt. The card can be registered in the free downloadable Festipay application .
Use and refund
You can also pay with this card when making purchases in the spa, so you don't have to worry about cash or worrying about keeping your wallet safe while taking a bath.
If the amount charged to the card during your stay in the spa is not sufficient, you can add an additional amount to it every day of the week at the cash registers or at the internal sales point.
The remaining amount on the card will be paid back at the cash desk upon leaving the spa, according to the general rules of rounding up to five forints. If you are a regular guest, you can use the remaining amount on the card on your next visit, as the card is valid for 5 years .
If you are registered, the card can be disabled in the Festipay application .
Our spa is not responsible for damages resulting from the loss, damage, use by an unauthorized person, or failure to register the card.
